- I am continually searching for ways to handle life's challenges which ultimately supports and improves my personal well-being. I'm 48, divorced and reinventing myself, again. I'm a personal trainer, Bootcamp and group fitness instructor in San Francisco,a real woman with a positive attitude about my present and my future.
